14 days, no questions asked
If Reel Studio isn't right for you, email support@getreelstudio.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.
One-time purchase ($99)
Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, purchases are final, except where the law gives you more rights.
Monthly plan ($20/month)
Your first payment is refundable in full within 14 days. You can cancel anytime from the billing link in your receipt email (or manage or cancel your subscription here). Cancelling stops future charges. After you cancel, updates and new download links continue until the end of the month you've paid for, and the version you have installed keeps working. Renewals already charged aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.
Your AI plan is separate
Your Claude or ChatGPT subscription is billed by Anthropic or OpenAI, not by us, and we can't refund it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
